B.Sc. Physical Education, Health Education and Sports or Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Health Education and Sports is an undergraduate Physical Education course. The course defines that encourages psychomotor learning in a play or movement exploration setting. There are some components which are to be covered during time such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. This course teaches and provides you the know-how of that how scientific methods are used to examine physical activity and exercise. You are introduced that how important physical activity and exercise are for a healthy lifestyle. The main subjects studied are exercise physiology, psychology and nutrition. The duration of the course is three years.
B.Sc. Physical Education, Health Education and Sports Eligibility
- Candidates should have passed Class XII Examination from recognized board.
- Candidate seeking admission for B.Sc. (P.E., H.E. & Sports) should be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission.
- In B.Sc. (PE, HE & Sports) 5% seats may be reserved (differs from institute to institute) for those students who have studied and secured more than 60% marks in Physical Education in Senior Secondary Examination.
